The fall construction and real estate trade fair will take place on September 9 and 10, 2023 in Dresden, where around 100 exhibitors will present their products and services in Hall 4 of the Dresden Exhibition Center. The range of exhibits covers the areas of real estate acquisition and financing, new construction and conversion, as well as renovation and furnishing of one's own four walls, supplemented by a property and real estate exchange and the focus on ENERGY. Construction is always taking place – and the Corona pandemic has rather increased the desire for home ownership. The Sparda study “Wohnen in Deutschland 2023” (Living in Germany 2023) proves it: the desire for security remains high, with 74 percent wanting to live in their own property. Regardless of whether it's a renovation project in the countryside or a new construction project on the outskirts of town, experts from industry associations and consumer protection organizations advise checking the key factors related to the property before building or buying. And this is where the trade fair comes in, offering expert advice and market comparisons to all interested parties. From the house of your dreams to the dream house – the trade fair showcases the wide range of options, from renowned brand-name houses to popular wooden houses and trendy modular houses. Anyone building a new house today is bound to make it energy-efficient. This year, the Federal Ministry of Construction launched a new construction subsidy to promote both climate-friendly construction and home ownership; the subsidy for new construction is secured until the end of the year. Those who buy today can do so largely from existing buildings and have to invest again in energy-saving measures. The exhibitor and lecture program at the trade fair provides advice on efficient renovation and current funding opportunities. The trade fair is also the right place for those who want to benefit from the improved photovoltaic funding – advice is available at the exhibition stands and in specialist lectures. In addition, the specialist program is dedicated to other current topics such as heating modernization and financing options. The trade fair is taking place in Hall 4 of the Dresden exhibition centre, with access via the glass entrance. It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
